• First come first serve basis for non-remakeable item(s).
• No Swapping of items allowed.
• Meet ups only when i am available. (not-recommended - case by case basis)
• Goods sold are non-refundable or/and exchangeable.
• Goods will be delivered via SingPost.
Postage :
- Additional S$1.00 will be charged for normal mail (not per item but per order!)
- Additional S$2.80 will be charged for registered mail (not per item but per order!)
- Larger purchase will have an option of meet up in town at convenience time.
• Our responsibilities ends once we mail the purchase.
(a) We will not be responsible for the loss /damage on the way of postage.
(b) No refund is allowed for any items once payment is made.
However, We will ensure that your items are properly packed before delivery.

• Mode of payment only by POSBank Transfer or Concealed Cash (At your own risk).
• There may be a slight variation of colours due to the lightings.
• Prices are stated in Singapore dollars.
• If stock is unavailable for a particular item, we will take down your email address if you are keen to purchase the item. We will inform you via email when the goods are ready.
